Work Bond check for $150.00 post-dated for 11/1/2018
Equipment check for $150.00 post-dated for 11/1/2018
(Work bond and equipment checks will be held and ONLY cashed if equipment/uniforms are not returned and/or volunteer hours are not completed by the end of the season.)
